How do I find charge points?

Go to map in the App on your phone. It will show charge points near you, or you can use the search icon to search the area you need.

Each charge point pin on the map will show as green (available to use), blue (currently in use), or red (unavailable at present).

Tap on the pin for a convenient charger to see it’s name, and tap again to see it’s location address and further details.

How do I charge my car?

Just plug in the lead to your car and the charge unit, then follow easy steps to charge by holding your key fob where directed or following the instructions on your phone.

If you have any issues call the 24/7 customer helpline and they will be happy to help you.

If you prefer to use one of our handy RFID key fobs to charge your vehicle rather than the app, you can order one by calling us on 01394 799 799 and paying securely over the phone, or simply click on the PayPal button below.

Please note: you must be registered on the EV Driver network and have added a payment card within the app in order for an RFID fob to programmed accordingly.

Only £8 each

Activate Your RFID Key Fob

You can find your Key Fob's ID on its back. It is a 16 digit HEX key that is a combination of numbers and letters. Please type carefully or your activation will fail.

How long does it take?

This will depend on the size of your on-board charger and the type of charge unit, most of our AC units are 22kw dual sockets and the DC rapid chargers are 50kw. So if your car can charge at 22kw AC it will take 1 hour to gain 22kw*.

*This will depend on the state of charge of your car at the time. More detailed  information regarding charge rates of cars can be found at ZapMap’s very informative site.
